REFLECTING POOL

Ciao fashionistas!
Here is the second day look for my time in Washington, D.C. Take a look at that view! Gosh what an amazing city it really was. This city is way underrated! You just cannot stop admiring the architectural beauty that is Washington, D.C. Standing at the top of the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and looking out towards the Washington Monument and Reflecting Pool, I found peace and tranquility. I felt comfortable and all my worries slowly went away. I don't know what the future holds for me and it still scares me when I think about it, but at that moment all that was on my mind was being at the top of the Lincoln Memorial. Being in the moment and present; if there is anything that I would like my readers to take away from my blog is that you need to be present in the moment that you are living. Having a plan is always beneficial but relying on plans will drown out your true ambitions. Live in the moment. Live for now. Reflect and meditate at least once a week and you will feel the peace that I felt.
Here I am wearing a gorgeous floor length skirt by Ronny Kobo with my favorite new crop top that was found at a Miami boutique. I thereby present to you my Fourth of July outfit! I have a fantastic event I will be attending that called for a more elegant outfit than what I would normally wear on a Fourth of July. However, stay tuned to my social media at Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook when I reveal my second outfit for the Fourth of July featuring my favorite jeans and Ralph Lauren hat!
Thank you very much for reading and supporting my fashion blog. Please leave your comments below or contact me with your thoughts and ideas! I would love to hear from you.

  1. You look so pretty. I love Ronny Kobo's style. I have a dress by the brand that I just adore and a tank top that dazzles. Your skirt is one of the more softer pieces I have seen by the designer. I love the color and think it looks wonderful with the crop top.
