Ciao belle! After some much needed time off to focus strictly on law school, I'm back at it! Last week I had the pleasure of attending a Fashion Panel hosted at TopShop by Editor-in-Chief of Lucky magazine, Eva Chen. The panelists included Stylist Sophia Pera, Fashion Blogger Christina Caradona, and Amirah Kassem. They not only shared their experiences in the fashion industry and their advice for newcomers but they also shared their favorite fashion staples - and their least-liked trends (BTW hammer pants -- tired out, 60s + 70s vibes -- forever in style)

Here, I am with the incredible and stunning Eva Chen, (pictured above and below) at the reception following the panel. It was simply empowering to hear her speak during the panel, but it was so wonderfully pleasant to chat with her one-on-one at the reception. She shares a similar philosophy with us at Valengo Style -- "personal style above all." It has always been our goal to share with you all Elizabetta and I's various and diverse styling choices in hopes of not only finding our own personal style but inspiring you all to find yours. To make Valengo Style aNeedless to say, I can't wait for the opportunity to sit down and talk some more!

After meeting Eva Chen, the next best thing about this reception (no, not the champagne and delicious hors d'oeuvres, although they were fantastic) were the amazing people attending it that I thankfully had the chance to meet. Interestingly enough, they came from all facets of the industry - photography, design, writing, styling, make-up, and more. They were truly inspiring individuals that I cannot wait for the opportunity to work with.
